We will need the following documents for arranging your wedding in Bali. Other things will be discussed by email.

For Catholic Couple
- Baptism Certificate (both couple)
- Libert Status Certificate (single status) from Parish Priest in your country
- Original Letter of Delegation issued by the Parish Priest in your country
- Original Letter of Freedom to get married issued by the Parish Priest Church Official
- Original Prenuptial Certificate and Prenuptial Course from your Parish Priest or other Church Official
- Certificate of Divorce (if any) or Death Certificate from the former spouse if applicable
- Copy passport (both couple)
- Copy Birth Certificate (both couple)
- Copy of Passport (both witnesses)
- Photographs in passport size of 4×6cm = 6 pcs (the groom sitting on the right side of the bride)
- Letter/Certificate of No Impediment

For Muslim Couple
- Copy Passport (both couple)
- Copy of Birth Certificate (both couple)
- Letter/Certificate of No Impediment from the Consular representative in Bali or Consulate General in Indonesia
- A Widow/Widower MUST present a copy of the Decree Absolute from the former spouse or the Death Certificate (if any)
- A Letter from your Penghulu (Muslim Priest) in your country addressed to the Penghulu (Muslim Priest) in Bali declaring that there is no objection for the couple to perform a marriage blessing by Penghulu (Muslim Priest) in Bali
- Wali Nikah should be performed by the father of the bride (should be Muslim) and for non Muslim you should have a letter from your Father/Wali to delegate the ceremony to be conducted by the Penghulu (Muslim Priest) as a Wali Hakim
- Photographs size 2×3cm (4 pieces) each of couple
- Photographs size 3×4cm (4 pieces) each of couple

For Buddhist Couple

- Copy Passport (both couple)
- Copy of Birth Certificate (both couple)
- Copy of Letter of Divorce (if any) or Death Certificate from the former spouse if applicable
- Letter/Certificate of No Impediment from the Consular representative in Bali or Consulate General in Indonesia
- Copy Passport (both witnesses)
- Photographs in passport size of 4×6cm = 8 pcs (the groom sitting on the right side of the bride)

For Protestant Couple

- Copy Passport (both couple)
- Copy of Birth Certificate (both couple)
- Copy of Letter of Divorce (if any) or Death Certificate from the former spouse if applicable
- Letter/Certificate of No Impediment from the Consular Representative in Bali or Consulate General in Indonesia
- Copy Passport (both witnesses)
